Nick, have you put XML headers at the top of your page, or are you doing 
something like
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

? That would be my guess, as there is no document object and no applet 
object, either, based on this message:


 jsoDocument returned null ... no DOM manipulations :-(


That's a message from Jmol indicating that you won't be able to do much. 
I've only seen it when the page is being loaded as XML. My guess is that 
you were using a pretty up-to-date browser, and unlike other browsers 
you've been using, this one really did do the XML properly. Now, for 
example, I think that means you don't have "document.write", so a lot of 
what the JavaScript in Jmol.js does is out. Unless there's some very 
important reason to use <?xml...?> headers, don't go there.

I could be wrong, because I'm still trying to figure out how this works, 
but that's my understanding of it, anyway.
