In the near future, we should show the simulated result (especially the
surface) in animation, including bonds.

At first, I try to use XYZ and try to show the animation. 
How I learn most easily to do it, and, are there the Si and(or) SiO2
crystal structure samples in XYZ or other file format that Jmol
understands?
