shouldn't be any issue here at all. I copied 
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/demos/effects/ to my hard drive, 
inserted an applet in the content_box, and it works OK. Putting the 
applet in the product_box instead produces some variation on the effects 
and does have an odd problem in that you have to  remove the styles:

  width:604px;
  height:404px;


from .content_panel in effects.css in order to get Jmol buttons and the 
right-mouse button to work. That's because of some funny z-order effects 
they are using, I think.


The command I used was:

    <script type="text/javascript">jmolApplet(["90%","90%"],"load 
caffeine.xyz");
