Hatuey, the Jaguar files that Jmol reads are output files that look like this:

Jmol won't read charge data from these files, just the atom positions, but if you can show me that the charge data is there, we can get Jmol to read it. Or send a copy of the VIS format to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and I will see what I can do.
