Michal, you might be missing a subtle point. You have to run a script, 
not load a file. This is basd on the assumption that you want to load 
and orient a model in order to get anything useful. I don't know what 
your command line was, but this one works:

jmol.bat -g400x400 -wJPG:t4.jpg -q75 -ions t3.spt
