done. And in addition I made it so that if you use

color "jmol=[xff0000] [xffff00] [xff00ff]...."

from then on, or at least until

color "jmol="

you can use

color atoms jmol

and get this scheme. Interestingly,

color atoms cpk

is still the original colors. I guess that's because "cpk" really means 
CPK.
