It worked in 11.3.38 also under Linux. All files were generated and
povray started and displayed the structure.

Still not working correctly. It looks as if the exported image and the
image displayed in the applet are swapped partially:

The exported image was not antialiased. The image displayed in the
applet  showed only the upper left part of the structure (~1/4th).
Except for the translucent draw objects, which were displayed completely
(as before) and therefore changed their position inside the structure.
With the next refresh everything was shown correctly again.

Everything else worked well.
