When I compared Bob's pov-ray file to mine I saw lots of "no_shadow"
elements in both. So I did not try removing them from mine.

When I run Bob's povray scripts in povray, I get the same beautiful
images he posted.
My tRNA povray script exported from Jmol comes out disappointingly
crude-looking when I run it in povray. When I compare it to the DNA
image on the above page (3rd image on the page) the differences are
that the structure rendering is not nearly as smooth, and there are
no shadows.
I am using Jmol 11.3.40, and the command
write povray 800 800 trna.pov
