I recall there is a command (show something?) that reports information about the applet into the console, including the applet's id (e.g. jmolApplet0, jmolApplet1, etc.) but I cannot recall or find how to do this. Can someone please remind me?
Perhaps the applet id should be listed on the menu under About Jmol (if there are more than one)?
