Dear Jmol users, I've noticed some differences in renderization between the applet and the application and I'm not sure if it is a bug or something related to the pdb file. This can be seen in 2NUU, using rocket or cartoon, around two beta-sheets (tyr51, chains G, H, I). Regards Sérgio
