I have explored a bit more Jmol.
What I really want to do is to show a pmesh file with a Jmol applet in
my web, I don't need any molecule, I only need surfaces because I'm
trying to put some mathematical surfaces in the Jmol applet (the
program sagemaths uses Jmol)
To show molecules (.mol or .xyz files) I use this code

and works fine, but this doesn't work with pmesh files, for that I'm
trying to make a .mol file with my pmesh inside... I open a new Jmol
proyect then in the console I write: pmesh "mymesh.pmesh" and then I
get the mesh! ... then I try to save the mesh with the command: write
STATUS filename... but this isn't a good file that works with my web
code :S
