Hi Bob,

Is there a way to disable the feature of 'set picking center' that
leads to zoom-out when the click is *not* on an atom?

I ask because although this feature is convenient, when the rendering
is in stick, it can be hard to make sure the click is right on an
atom, and for novices who just miss an atom, the zoom-out is
unanticipated and hard to understand.

Further, would it be possible to detect a click that is not on an
atom, and trigger an echo in response?

Thanks,
Frieda
