OK, well, this report looks a lot better -- at least it is the expected 
report. The only thing I can think of is that you somehow have

set measurementLabels off

or

set measurementNumbers off

Please send what you get from

show state

There's something simple wrong, but I don't think it's with the applet 
itself.
