Hi,

In the source of your test page, I see :

<script language='Javascript' type='text/javascript'
src='/www/academics/facultywiki/extensions/Jmol/Jmol.js'></script>

But, when I try the URL corresponding to Jmol.js, I get a 404 Not found
http://academics.eckerd.edu/www/academics/facultywiki/extensions/Jmol/Jmol.js

So basically, the extension is not correctly installed, paths are not
pointing to the correct Jmol.js file.
Check you configuration, and maybe define $wgJmolExtensionPath in your
LocalSettings.
When correctly configured, you should be able to access Jmol.js with the
path found in the your test page.

Nico
