Hello jmol-users:
Now I have a problem witch I can not solve, I use the scripts below load
two different PDBs in one view, I want to color the first PDB to red, so how
can I select the first one?
"load 1dwd.pdb ;load append 1d66.pdb;"
I have check
http://www.callutheran.edu/Academic_Programs/Departments/BioDev/omm/scripting/molmast.htm#IV,
and I really learned too much about SELECT in Jmol from here, but I can not
find anything information to solve the problem.
I know can use "frame 1" or "frame 2" to display the first PDB and the
second, and "frame all" to dispaly all of them, I tried to use "select frame 1"
to select the first PDB, but it can work.
I also tried to use "select 1" to do the work, but all residues numbered 1
in chains are selected, not the first PDB, as it is mentioned in the above URL.
Can you help me about this? Thank you very much and goog luck!
best wishes
