Hi, We are building a site where we want to use Jmol to find the correct orientation/rotation before producing pictures of user-given molecules in a different program.
The question is wheter we can extract the orientation of the molecule (after rotated by the user) from Jmol and input it automatically into a HTML form on the same site. So it shoiuld be something like <input type=text value="orientationFromJmol()"> hmmm... regards, Lars University of Bergen, Norway ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Crystal Reports - New Free Runtime and 30 Day Trial Check out the new simplified licensing option that enables unlimited royalty-free distribution of the report engine for externally facing server and web deployment. http://p.sf.net/sfu/businessobjects _______________________________________________ Jmol-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jmol-users
