Hi, I am a new jmol user, and although surfing through the documentation is a bit tricky, I am getting extremely surprised about the vast amount of possibilities that this program is offering. Besides, the plots look awesome!
I am using jmol to plot surfaces right now. There is something I didn't expect when mapping cubes onto planes: only certain parts of the plane are showing. I see that this is a feature of the program (http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/img/demo_molecularslice.jpg, for instance), but what if I want to show the whole plane, up to the boundaries of the cube file? I have been playing with all the keywords I came across with (resolution, contour, etc), but, as you can guess, to no avail... Thank you very much for your help, Sergio Losilla PS: I won't probably be able to read my email in two weeks, it's not that I disappear right after joining the group :D ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
