"Initialize" is a special command only necessary for proper state
control. True initialization is done by saving and restoring a state.
(You can see all the commands that have to be given simply by starting
Jmol and writing the state to a file -- there is way more than just
the initialize command. I'll make that note in the documentation.

antialiasdisplay and animation were bugs; that's fixed. I'm not sure
why one would consider set echo off to be part of an initialization. I
know it resets axes and unit cells, but it shouldn't do anything with
any other part of the model.
