What you would do is create the file as a Jmol script. Then run it as a script.
For example, in a file "myfile.spt":
draw v1 vector {0 0 0} {1 0 0}
draw v2 vector {0 0 0} {1 0 0}
draw p1 plane {0 0 0} {1 0 0} {1 0 1} {0 0 1}
etc.
then
script myfile.spt
"spt" is not significant -- this could be "txt" for example.
