Andy,
I don't know what Ready To Program is. We generally use Eclipse without any
problems. What sort of errors are you seeing? I'm sure it's just some
setting that needs to be made. That can be quite frustrating. Have you taken
a close look at http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php?title=Eclipse and followed
the instructions there?
I did start Integration.java both in Jmol 11.9.8 and 11.8.9, and it works
for me within Eclipse.
