Bob- UFF Minimization: What a wonderful addition to Jmol! Among other things, Jmol can now be used as a basic virtual model kit that allows users to actually construct small molecules in standard model lab exercises. A quick coupling to the JME editor works very nicely via the Jmol Data command. You must be explicit with hydrogen atoms. Getting a six member ring to "chair" rather than "boat" takes some JME drawing care, but being able to get either a chair or a boat into Jmol is pretty neat.
