Angel, I just figured out that this problem coming only if I have mol surface 
defined as "translucent". Otherwise I can save the file in either format (.png 
, .jpg). So, either surfaces van der Waals/SAS,SS/MS giving the same problem in 
"translucent"  mode. If they are defined as  "opaque" I can save the files. 
"Dot Surface" works fine. 
I used white background (?didn't test background). All this testing was done 
with 11.8.7 Jmol version.
