I am trying to call a state script from within another script. The state script includes the command "initialize" which makes _height and _width undefined. Is this intentional? Desirable? It seems a bit drastic!
Basically, I want to add a banner at the top, and echo some color keys. This is for authoring content modules for http://MolecularPlayground.Org. (The Molecular Scene Authoring Tools in Proteopedia make it easy to get a custom molecular scene, but they don't need to create banners or color keys.) I use _height to make the banner and echo positions fit different-sized Jmols. Currently, I have to comment out #initialize in the state script.
