Ok, I did it. Very little in the page is broken. The only apparent break is
MSIE, and that's because under my boiler plate cross browser object embed I
had to use a convoluted dual object naming approach - i.e. even number
suffixes to MSIE and odd number suffixes to every other browser - don't ask!
Anyway, I assume that for a single applet ID named as JmolApplet01 via
Jmol.js, all browsers will see this applet as object ID JmolApplet01.
The house of cards didn't fall, and once I remove the convoluted dual
browser tracking code, MSIE should be OK as well.
