There seems to be agreement that I need to change the key combination for
the Mac. I'll have my Mac colleague at USM try some changes in the morning.
Thanks for the advice.

On a related issue. I really tried to get this on my own, but I'm ready to
throw in the towel! How do you script a click/drag translation so that
whatever rotation state the molecule is in with respect to the coordinate
axes, the translation moves in the XY plane of the screen  - not the axes
(as per the Jmol default)??????
