OK.   While the two are different, they are not different if the student enters 
the structure with the hydrogen displayed on the non-chiral carbon.  Apparently 
you assume that the teacher is smarter than the student and would not do that, 
or that the teacher might have a reason for wanting that entered.   

So I guess it works.
