Hi All,
I note that there have been some changes to the way hbonds behave recently and
I wonder if they are responsible for this unexpected behaviour.
This animation works fine if you play it to the end by using the Jmol menu
(Animation Play). At the end there is no hydrogen bond between the epoxide that
is formed and the carboxylic acid. What is odd is when the More Controls button
is clicked the structure loads with an extra wireframe hbond! As this is just
using the state I don't understand how this can happen.
