It's not a link properly, but it has an onclick event, with works the 
same. If you want the hand cursor to provide users with a hint, you 
can add it with css.

After all, you do not want to "link" to another html page, so the 
concept is already extended. You want an action when you click on the 
"image" or "link". That's javascript onClick.
