Hi PM,
We use image maps frequently in ChemTube3D. That particular example comes from
<http://www.chemtube3d.com/Diels-Alder%20-%20Stereochemistry%20of%20the%20diene%20(cis-trans).html>

The image is loaded thus <img
src="model/diels-alder/stereochemistry/diene/cis-trans/mechanism.png"
width="368" height="124" border="0" usemap="#Map" />

The wiki is useful http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Main_Page and Bob Hanson's
invaluable pages are full of examples http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/

All the best

Nick

Thanks Nick!

That is going to be my next test, after I review image maps :-)

Would you mind my asking to provide the full citation of the code for
your example (including how the specific picture is referenced)?

I am just beginning to have fun with Jmol on web pages. Any good
references to javascript and jmolSript that you can recommend?
