FYI, I wasn't able to locate that web page.  I suspect the culprit is the
spaces in the file name, although I also tried
http://www.uwosh.edu/faculty_staff/gutow/Jmol_Web_Page_Maker/JmolColorPicker/Jmol\
Color\ Picker\ Test.html
and that didn't help....
