No, I had everything there.... BUT, I found that if I restored the
IDTFConverter.exe back to the original folder structure:
C:\idtf\Bin\Win32\Release\IDTFConverter.exe
from where I had moved it:
C:\idtf\IDTFConverter.exe
and modified the BAT file accordingly, that now it does run without
complaint....

Next issue: it's currently creating an empty PDF file.... I'm off to puzzle
that out out :)
