Hello Marco You have kinks to some tutorials in Jmol Wiki: http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Main_Page See "Running Jmol as a web applet" and "Jmol Tutorials"
Easiest is to just use Jmol utility Export to Web --included in the app--. You could also maybe use some of the examples in http://jmol.sourceforge.net/demo/ but they are not well suited for being used as templates. That's for the applet in a web page. Regarding the Powerpoint question, the only way to do it is using a progran called LiveWeb (Windows only), but you still must create a webpage and then embed it into Powerpoint. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Palm PDK Hot Apps Program offers developers who use the Plug-In Development Kit to bring their C/C++ apps to Palm for a share of $1 Million in cash or HP Products.
