Hi Guido I think this is likely a Moodle configuration issue. There is no reason why Jmol will load or not a file depending on its format.
I would suggest: 1. check with the person that administers the Moodle config to see if it's a configuration that must be updated. I do not know how the Moddle Jmol Extension works. 2. try to just rename your .cif file so it ends in .mol An please do come back with any solutions you find. We may document them in Jmol WIki for other users (in fact, you can contribute that piece of info to the wiki yourself) Good luck! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Make an app they can't live without Enter the BlackBerry Developer Challenge http://p.sf.net/sfu/RIM-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Jmol-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jmol-users
