Dear Bob, I happen to have many, many scripts (.spt files) that contain this line:
# DEBUGGING: uncomment (remove #) to activate these two commands. The second # causes the line to generate a fatal error in Jmol-12.1.9dev (today's version), killing all subsequent script operations. This line was innocuous in Jmol 11.6 and 12.0.9. Is this something that can be fixed in Jmol, or do I need to change all my .spt files?
