Hi David It could be done, but I don't think Jmol is the right tool for what you intend, and it wuld hardly worth the effort needed. Jmol is just the graphical end for whatever data you give to it. Although you can do basic calculation and move the atoms, for your idea you should rely on some more powerful calculation engine that can take some kind of equations for force fields and movement.
