Hi, I am not using Jmol a lot on web pages, so I am probably not the best person to ask this question ;) I suggest that you subscribe to the Jmol users mailing list and ask questions there.
You can see a few examples of using Jmol either on the official website www.jmol.org or in the wiki wiki.jmol.org.
