Philip: The behaviors I described are independent of the website. I 
confirmed all behaviors in various examples at the Jmol script docs 
(http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/) (latest Jmol), as well as in 
FirstGlance (http://firstglance.jmol.org) or Proteopedia 
(http://proteopedia.org)
(both of which use Jmol 11.8.x).
