Hi all, this is my first post I am experiencing problems in updating the Jmol version of my website from 11.7 to 12.0.18. The applet should load a protein structure (it does), and has some buttons to show several thing, like surface and other stuffs. The same command for showing the surface (e.g. "isosurface SOLVENT") works on both the the versions from the console; the button with the same command works on the older version but not in the newer one.
This does not seem to be a syntax problem, since the command is the same. How can i solve this?
