part 1 (second image to follow) Eric, MolProbity is very cool. A couple of questions -- this is for 2BXA:
-- Do you know how in KiNG to show the sidechains? -- Do you know how in KiNG does one change the colors back to CPK so I can see what elements I'm looking at? -- Why would KiNG not show the hydrogen bonds that Jmol is showing there with that nearby carboxylate? One's a lysine and the other is an arginine, so I would presume those are pretty significant. What do you think? By the way, I just added pretty good hydrogen atom adding to Jmol. Bob
