Let's see. You could look in the source for that; it's mostly just a simple
ZIP file that contains all the files required for the current state along
with a "manifest" file that lists the files to load. In the case of a .JMOL
file, the manifest just lists a state script file. There's nothing more to
it than that. It also includes a PNG file, but that's just for reference.
That does not have to be there. You have to be careful putting the script
file in there, though, so that all file references are to the  current
directory -- "."
