Hi,

all I know is that when you calculate surfaces and give them an ID

isosurface ID "iso_molecular" MOLECULAR;
isosurface ID "iso_sasurface" SASURFACE; 

then you can hide them individually

hide $iso_molecular;
hide $iso_sasurface;

or show them

display $iso_molecular;
display $iso_sasurface;
