Is there a programmatic way to request that Jmol terminate a long running scripts?
We've got Jmol embedded in a Java application that generates scripts from our UI. When we have large molecules open, we sometimes ask Jmol to do things that take a long time. It would be nice if we had a way to tell Jmol that we've changed our minds and would like it to stop doing what we asked it to do. Is there any Jmol way to tell it to kill a long running operation?
