You can do this by a scripting command. Open the Jmol scripting console 
('Console' in the Jmol popup menu) and enter the following command:

   zoom 0

This will zoom all currently displayed atoms.
You can also add an atom expression in brackets so that those atoms are 
fitted into the screen:

   zoom (selected) 0
   zoom (:A) 0
