Dear Bob, This is not urgent. It is one of the remaining issues with the Jmol upgrade in Proteopedia but it affects very few pages.
I am having trouble with zshade in 12.3.22 compared to 11.8.24. The initial scene on this page, displayed with 11.8.24, will show you the intended appearance. http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Metal-Ligand_Polyhedra?JMOLJAR=http://proteopedia.org/old/11.8.24/JmolApplet0.jar The state script for that initial scene, http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/scripts/Metal-Ligand_Polyhedra/Polyhedron_main_chains/7.spt has slab 100, depth -80. In 12.3.22 http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Metal-Ligand_Polyhedra when I set zslab 100 and zdepth -80, I get a very different (not satisfactory) appearance. To make the scene look as desired in 12.3.22, I need approximately set zslab 85 # instead of slab 100 set zdepth -700 # instead of depth -80 Please advise.
