Dear Karl (and everyone): Indeed, sync is working great on this page (you have to check the checkbox below the 3 Jmols): http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Forms_of_DNA Yet when sync is turned on here, http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Interferons and one of the 3 Jmols is rotated, the other two molecules jump off center (and often out of the viewport) -- even though initially all 3 are centered around their own centers of mass. I can't see any errors in the code in the Interferons page -- looks identical to that in the DNA page. I'm stumped. Can anyone help?
