Hello Pascal I do not know about Tabs, but I have used JmolApplets (via Jmol.js) with jQuery's "resizable" feature. That is, I insert the applet into a div that is assigned resizable using jQuery's features. No problem, works fine. So I'd bet that there is no incompatibility between both libraries.
To all users: it may be a good idea to collect experiences about compatibility with different Javascript libraries, or environments. There is already a section in the Wiki for Jmol in blogs etc. (I think) I will open a new one for libraries. Contributions there are welcome.
