yes but I need to know which atoms each frame spans, as I parse the estate
of an applet in a previous php page; if for example, a residue is
highlighted or an atom labeled, I need to see which frame they belong to...
but anyway I had to parse the PDB files for another purpose, and this way
what I wanted works.
