isosurface cavity is missing in state
test case (tested in 13.0.RC6):
load =1crn;
isosurface cavity;
this shows the isosurface but produces in the state
isosurface ID "isosurface1" select ({0:326}) ; # here is cavity missing
isosurface ID "isosurface1" fill noMesh noDots notFrontOnly frontlit;
color isosurface opaque [xffa500];
