I am considering upgrading my late 2007 MacBook Pro from OS 10.5.8 to Snow Leopard, Lion, or Mountain Lion. I am interested to hear any problems people using those have encountered, especially for Jmol applet in Safari or Firefox, or java. Also any problems in the OS upgrading process I should know about.
