This is working in my hands. Not sure what that problem is.No need for "!"
I believe.Just "pause" and "resume"
Usually to interject a command into a running script you need "!", but
"pause" is different - no need for "!" there. Once a script is paused you
do not need "!".
I've been working today on threads in JSmol, and should have all that
working there as well soon. Also !quit and !exit.
